Hello again! This weekend I went home for a four day long break from school via train ride home (which you heard about in my last post) and then back to Santa Barbara today. It was a quiet weekend full of time with my parents, who will be celebrating 25 years of marriage in May. What a feat, quite honorable if you ask me, and more than anything, after so many years, they are still truly in love. It just proves that it
is possible to make a marriage last, not that they have to try with how much they adore one another. So as a present for them, I suggested that I take their anniversary portraits. Saturday we set out on what turned up to be a 3 hour adventure with crazy, wild peacocks, lots of pollen, a California king snake and a great time. I'll post a few pictures below and you can also find more
here (hint: click on the images to view them bigger, then scroll between images with the arrow keys).
Aren't they just lovely? I sure think so. Anyways, I hope you all had a fantastic Easter weekend and that you all have a great week. Remember, stress can only affect you if you allow it to! Rely on Him, put your strength in the Lord only.
Until next time,
Max
